The Museum is fully accessible to visitors with mobility aids via lifts on the ground floor of the World Trade Centre, located on Siddeley Street.
There are accesible toilets located opposite the museum.

The museum has some areas with lower light levels to preserve precious collection, however all efforts have been made to ensure lighting optimises visibility. Museum text is at standard display size. Magnifying sheets and LED torches are available for people with low vision from the museum desk.
